The Past, Present and Future

The meeting is held over 2 days with a planned packed programme, and we hope that all delegates will be able to attend both days to make the most of the learning and networking opportunities. This year’s annual autumn conference will be held in the vibrant city of Newcastle upon Tyne. Famous for its industrial heritage, quay side, famous bridges and nightlife and its famous Geordie welcome.

Our free papers and posters are an important part of the conference and help us to shape the conference programme. Abstraction submission is now open, and we encourage you to submit your latest research, practice, or educational developments for presentation at our conference either as a podium presentation, workshop, or a poster presentation.

Conference Hotel

The conference will be held at the Copthorne hotel located on the quay side overlooking the River Tyne in the city centre.

The conference hotel is offering a discount of 15% off their flexible online rates. The code gives guests an option to book a room only rate or to add breakfast on if required.

Please note that the rates can change on a daily basis and therefore rates may vary between guests. Discounted rates are subject to availability.

A card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room, however payment will be taken on check in. The room may be cancelled free of charge 2pm the day prior to arrival, however after this cancellation charges would apply.
